I cut out soda 2 weeks ago all together. This was huge for me! I will commit to not eat crap every friday :) As I continue to try this daily. Its very easy to get caught right back up in your old habits when your so busy, so wanna my other commitments is to stick to healthy choices! As I train for my 1st 5K I am already feeling better physically :)
